Welcome! Registration for Compassionate Communities starts here. Space is limited. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration Costs

  • Early-Bird Registration: Sunday, October 1st – Tuesday, November 14th, 2017
  • Standard Registration: Tuesday, November 14th – Wednesday, November 22nd, 2017

Early-bird registration fees increase at 5 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on November 14th, 2017. Standard registration fees will be in effect Tuesday, November 14th thru Wednesday, November 22nd, 2017 after which convening registration will close.

For any individual or organization that is unable to pay the registration fee, there is a zero-cost scholarship option immediately available upon registration.

Organizational Member Registration: $0 Registration costs for two staff members from Idaho Coalition Organizational Members are included as part of annual membership benefits. If you are unsure if your organization is a current member, please expand the list below. Membership dues are $250 with the instant benefit of a free registration for two staff members. If you would like to join, click here. After joining, register for the conference below and select “Organizational Member Registration” when registering and all fees will be waived.

Student Registration: $0
Registration costs are waived for any high school or registered college/university student. Please select “Student Sponsorship” when registering and registration fees except for meals will be waived. You may opt into joining us for lunch for $15 per meal.

Boise State University Staff or Faculty Member: $0
Registration costs are waived for any current staff or faculty member at Boise State University. Please select “Current Boise State University Staff or Faculty Member ” when registering and all registration fees except for meals will be waived. You may opt into joining us for lunch for $15 per meal.

Sponsored Registration: $0
Our intention is to create an inclusive conference, free of barriers for all participants. For any individual or organization that is unable to pay the registration fee, there is a zero-cost scholarship option immediately available upon registration. Simply select the “Sponsored Registration” when registering and all fees will be waived.

Supporter Registration:
Many Compassionate Communities participants attend through scholarships provided by the Idaho Coalition. By choosing the “Supporter Registration” on the registration you will donate $25 in addition to your selected registration to help continue to make this event accessible for all members of our community.

Exhibitor Registration: $0
Registration costs for two staff members from non-profit organizations who are tabling at Compassionate Communities: We Choose All of Us is included. Please select “Exhibitor Registration” when registering and all fees will be waived.

Cancellation Policy: Please contact Yara Slaton at  or 208-405-3387 as soon as possible so we do not incur any unnecessary costs.

ASL Interpreter ImageAmerican Sign Language Interpreters: ASL interpreters will be provided at the convening. To ensure we have ample coverage, please note this need in the registration form.

Limited-English Proficiency: Language interpreters will be provided upon request for any individual with limited-English proficiency at least two weeks before the conference.

Spanish Language Interpreters: Spanish language interpreters will be provided at the convening. To ensure we have ample coverage, please note this need in the registration form.

Auxiliary Aids & Services: Auxiliary aids & services, assistive listening devices, accessible materials, and other services will be provided upon request.

Designated Gender Neutral Restroom: Gender exists on a spectrum and all people’s needs and experiences are valued. Our intention is to create an inclusive and welcoming environment and gender neutral restrooms will be provided.
