Welcome! Registration for Collective Thriving starts here. Space is limited. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Early-bird registration fees increase at 5 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on November 19th, 2019. Standard registration fees will be in effect Tuesday, November 19th thru Wednesday, November 27nd, 2019 after which convening registration will close.
For any individual or organization that is unable to pay the registration fee, there is a zero-cost scholarship option immediately available upon registration.

Organizational Member Registration: $0 Registration costs for two staff members from Idaho Coalition Organizational Members are included as part of annual membership benefits. If you are unsure if your organization is a current member, please click here to view a complete list of current members. Membership dues are $250 with the instant benefit of a free registration for two staff members. If you would like to join, click here. After joining, register for the conference below and select “Organizational Member Registration” when registering and all fees will be waived.
Student, Teacher, Staff, and Faculty Registration: $0 Registration costs are waived for any high school or registered college/university student, staff, or faculty member. Please select “High School, College or University Student, Staff, or Faculty” option when registering and registration fees will be waived.
Sponsored Registration: $0 Our intention is to create an inclusive conference, free of barriers for all participants. For any individual or organization that is unable to pay the registration fee, there is a zero-cost scholarship option immediately available upon registration. Simply select the “Sponsored Registration” when registering and all fees will be waived.
Supporter Registration: Many Collective Thriving participants attend through scholarships provided by the Idaho Coalition. By choosing the “Supporter Registration” on the registration you will donate $25 in addition to your selected registration to help continue to make this event accessible for all members of our community.
Exhibitor Registration: $0 Registration costs for two staff members from non-profit organizations who are tabling at the Collective Thriving Conference is included. Please email Yara to request approval to register as an exhibitor.
Cancellation Policy: Please contact Yara Slaton at or 208-405-3387 as soon as possible so we do not incur any unnecessary costs.

American Sign Language Interpreters:
ASL interpreters will be provided at the convening. To ensure we have ample coverage, please note this need in the registration form.
Limited-English Proficiency: Language interpreters will be provided upon request for any individual with limited-English proficiency at least two weeks before the conference.
Spanish Language Interpreters: Spanish language interpreters will be provided at the convening. To ensure we have ample coverage, please note this need in the registration form.
Auxiliary Aids & Services: Auxiliary aids & services, assistive listening devices, accessible materials, and other services will be provided upon request.
